Introduction
Dr. Emilia E. Murray is a Board Certified Internal Medicine physician with over 20 years of experience in patient-centered care. She keeps her knowledge up to date through active memberships with prestigious associations such as:
- the Medical Board of Internal Medicine,
- the American Medical Association,
- the American College of Physicians,
- the Florida Medical Association, and
- the Collier Medical Society.
As an active member, Dr. Murray learns about both community health and wellness needs and best innovative medical practices to diagnose and treat them.
Academic Achievements
Dr. Murray completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus with honors. She earned her medical degree also with honors from La Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine.
Professional Experience
Dr. Murray completed her residency at Mount Sinai (Cabrini Medical Center) in New York. Then, she served as an attending physician and consultant in a multi-specialty clinic in New York City, working with a diverse population.
Relocation to Florida
In 2003, Dr. Murray moved to Florida, joining a multi-specialty group in Ft. Myers as an attending physician, where she provided both inpatient and outpatient care. In 2005, she started her own practice in Naples, specializing in wound care after training at the National Healing Center and working at the NCH Wound Healing Center for five (5) years. She also served as a proctor for the Nursing School in Cincinnati, educating new practitioners.
Expanding Services
Recognizing the importance of comprehensive care, Dr. Murray expanded her practice to include weight loss, anti-aging, and rejuvenating medicine services, incorporating a Med Spa to improve patients’ physical and mental well-being.

Dr. Murray advocates for a proactive approach to health and wellness, emphasizing patient education and treating illnesses in an unhurried environment.
